What is
Entrova?

We are a small, independent studio working at the edge of art and technology, building identities, spaces, and digital presence for people who make things with intention. Based in Minami-Aoyama, we keep one foot in quiet research and the other in considered, deliberate execution.

Our work spans brand systems, interior direction, and interactive design, shaped by restraint as much as ambition. We have built for studios like Orison, Meridian, and Halcyon, always chasing the same thing: work that holds up under a second look.

We Listen Before We Build

Every project begins with listening, not assuming. we need to understand your market, your audience, and where you are headed.

The brief is not a checklist to execute. It is a starting point for better questions.

Strategy Before The Aesthetics

A beautiful brand that says the wrong thing is just expensive noise. Strategy always comes first, without exception.

The visual identity follows the positioning. It never works the other way around, no matter what.

  • Team

The studio

A small team, working closely

A small team, working closely

We stay intentionally small. Every project touches every person here, nothing gets handed off to someone who wasn't in the room for the thinking.

Kenji Arata

Art Direction

Started Entrova after a decade at larger studios where the work got slower the bigger the team got. Still reviews everything that leaves the building.

Aoi Tanaka

Art Direction

Cares more about kerning than almost anyone should.

Marcus Webb

Strategy

Came from brand consulting, stayed for the actual making.

Yuna Park

Web Design

Joined straight out of school, already runs her own projects.

Theo Lindqvist

Motion

Makes the parts that move feel like they were always meant to.

Sana Ito

Web Design

The one who notices when something is almost right but not quite.

Julian Cross

Strategy

Keeps every project honest about its own timeline.

Helio Labs

Halcyon came to us mid rebrand, stalled and inconsistent. We took over the visual system and shipped a version that finally matched the ambition of the product itself.

We rebuilt Meridian's identity system from the ground up, moving them from a generic fintech look toward something that felt considered and specific to how their product actually works.

  • Values

What stays constant

A few things we won't budge on, no matter the timeline or the budget

Craft

Craft over speed. We would rather ship late and right than fast and forgettable. Nothing leaves the studio unless it holds up close.

Clarity

Say less, mean more. Every word and every pixel has to earn its place. If it does not change how someone reads the work, it gets cut.

Use

Built to be lived in. Design that only looks good in a screenshot has already failed. We test everything against how it actually gets used.

If you care about what you're building, we'll find a way to work together.
